Consulted and hired for a Real Estate/ Property Case. First of all his secretary seemed to do most of the work ( if that tells you anything) . It was always an excuse when I'd call and need to speak with him or had questions, therefore days turned into weeks and still nothing. We were in too deep a...nd has wasted too much money to hire someone else. Therefore we were left holding the bag, literally. Folks need this warning and look elsewhere

Hired for a criminal case. I had to call/ email repeatedly and request info on court/ trial dates, info regarding the case , bond request, etc. . I gave the attorney countless possible witnesses and statements from witnesses etc that he had no clue about and did not research himself. We were enco...uraged to move forward with a bench trial instead of jury trial and Mr Covington was extremely ill prepared, did not have a single witness or expert witness and only offered one objection during the entire trial. We were overcharged hundreds of dollars ( I had the original contract and recepits). Overall extremely dissatisfied. This attorney was extremely ill prepared at each bond hearing , trial and sentencing. Did not act in an experienced, professional manner. Counfidentialy was not upheld as well. Huge disappointment from beginning to the end!!!!
