Tyler Brent Gammon

T. Brent Gammon became a partner at the law firm of Daniel, Medley & Kirby, P.C. on June 1, 2015.  Our firm has locations in both Danville and Martinsville Virginia.  The firm consists of 6 lawyers and is true "full service" law firm. My practice currently focuses on several areas of law, including:  workers compensation, civil litigation, debt collection, traffic defense, and domestic relations (divorce & child custody & adoption).  I practice in the City of Danville, Pittsylvania County, the City of Martinsville, Henry County, Halifax County, and throughout southside Virginia.

By way of background, I graduated cum laude from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2007.  I received my Bachelor of Arts as an undergraduate at Hampden-Sydney College in 2003, obtaining two degrees, History and Political Science.  I was originally licensed to practice law in Florida, and I practiced in Florida for over 7 years.  However, I grew up in Danville, VA and after almost 10 years away from my hometwon, I returned to practice law in Southern Virginia at Daniel, Medley & Kirby, P.C. in January 2014.  I am licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia, and I am still licensed in the State of Florida.
