Bryan Klein overcharged me for 8 months to listen to him tell mostly stories about himself and how great he is. Waste of time. Each conversation we had though leading up to court, he assured me if we take it to trial we will win the case. At 10pm the night before we were due in court, bryan called me... (that’s inappropriately late to begin with, no boundaries) and frantically began stating we needed to settle. He asked me to show up an hour early to court, only to arrive 30 minutes late. Checked paperwork for another case while we were there instead of consulting me about why we needed to all of a sudden come to a settlement. Started an argument with my mother who was present, and then proceeded to intimidate me into settling. As I sat there sobbing over the arrangements of my 6 year old autistic child, Bryan showed absolute incompetence and cowardice in the courtroom. At the very last minute and hastily, he did inform me I could ask for a continuance but the events leading up to that were so confusing I had no idea what was going on. I was forced to settle in the courtroom (which should’ve been a red flag to all of the professionals involved, attorneys, guard ad litem and the judge). The guardian ad litem assigned to the case had three months to do his job but instead called me for 30 minutes two days before trial and made his recommendation without ever having seen or visiting my son. Now, my ex and his new wife refuse to let me participate in my son’s life 50% of the time and they are forcing him to live two separate lives. They do not let me speak to, see, or even call my son during “their weeks.” They “denied” me the ability to eat lunch with my son at school on “their weeks” and tell my son that I hate him because I’m not around as much. My six year old son tells me this. So, THANKS BRYAN!!!
