DUI 3rd Offense Felony

OUTCOME: Reduced to midemeanor based on case law prohibiting one of the prior DUI convictions from out of state from being used to elevate this DUI to a felony.

Client was blew a .20 and the police executed the stop and arrest without issue. Client had 2 DUI convictions within the last 5 years.
