I called an attorney I researched in Virginia and he referred me to Mr. Kegley. He responded to my email same day and assured me that he could get my speeding ticket reduced. Being from out of state, I had no idea until researching that you are charged with reckless operation at a speeds over 80 mph ...in Virginia! I was stopped by an unmarked Trooper who was pacing me going down a hill. Very easy in Virginia to gain speed without realizing. Never go to court without representation!! I did not have to personally appear in court which would have been a 4 1/2 hour drive and an overnight stay in Bland County because I hired Mr. Kegley. All was taken care of as promised and I highly recommend him if this happens to you! Attorneys are expensive but the penalties and insurance costs are far more!

I got a Ticket in the State of Virginia and the rep told me that they will fight and get the ticket off my record, They also made a mistake with my address due to which I didn't receive the court letter in time and moreover today I am trying to get a new insurance and they said I have ticket on my re...cord and I have to pay almost $300 more for the insurance due to that ticket which they promised me to take care off, I was charged by them, paid ticket, paid late charge and now more on insurance. and now when I am trying to reach them no one is answering my calls. Please be careful with them.

I was simply passing a tractor trailer when my car speed up to over 90 mph. I was stopped and given a reckless driving ticket which i didn't even think about until returning home. After some online research I was surprised to find it was a class 1 misdemeanor. Although I thought he was a little expensive I soon found out he was worth every penny. I would highly recommend him.
