So I was at court for a hearing on September 24th. I didn’t have a lawyer at the time & I seen her in the hall & someone recommended her previously. So I went up to her and told her about my case, etc. she wanted $2,500 if I hired her. I made it very clear I could not pay it all up front & said she w...ould work with me she seemed so understanding & reasonable at the time. I went ahead & gave her $1,000 that day before I seen the judge. She got the discovery and the court date got continued until November 21st. During that time, she told me to go file a summons against the father. I did as she suggested. On October 11th she told me to go to the school & TAKE my son which would’ve been against his will with the circumstances. I was not comfortable doing that, I didn’t want my son who is only 11 to resent me later on, or be scared, etc. I just knew it would cause too much conflict if I did. So I told her no, I said that I wanted to wait until court so the judge could have an order to follow. I truly felt that was the best option. On October 13th, she called me demanding the $1,500 paid that day or she was going to have to be withdrawal from being my lawyer. I asked her to give me a week, I just had to wait until I got paid. She said that was fine (even tho I made it clear in the beginning my situation & she agreed to give me until Nov 21st) On October 17th I tried calling her to meet and have her paid in full, she would not answer me. I tried for several days to reach her, all my calls was forwarded. Then I got a letter in the mail that she had already entered to withdrawal as my lawyer on the 14th. So, she purposely ignored my phone calls because she had lied to me about waiting until my payday. I truly feel like she withdrew as my lawyer because I told her no about something I wasn’t comfortable with & used the $1,500 remaining as an excuse to enter a withdrawal.

Traci is the best! She did a phenomenal job of addressing my unique situation and did so on extremely short notice. She is incredibly down to earth and caring, and fought to resolve my issue as if it were her own. She's tenacious, bold, and isn't afraid to stand up for her client in situations where ...other attorneys would usually fall flat.

My daughters experience with Traci Stanley was . She didn't represent her much . She took the money ,but didn't do any work for 1200.00 . What papers my daughter got for her , she didn't even use them in court. She sat there and hardly said anything. He didn't talk to the school , counselors , or mak...e home studies. It seems as if she doesn't want to go in front of the judge. This is only my opinion .These two LAWYERS , let a child be taken from his mother . who has never been convicted of anything or done drugs. Gave him to not one druggie ,but 2 , which came out in court . They did this by not doing their job they were paid to do.
