I contacted Mr. Pierce based on recommendation of others to set up a NFA Trust. I found his web site helpful in understanding the basic process and services that he offered, including a flat fee for the service - no surprises or digging for service fees. Upon contact Mr. Pierce explained the proce...ss, the information he needed, and the next steps that I would need to take. He quickly turned around the document for review and approval with detailed information on the next steps to complete the Trust as a valid document. I contacted him with some follow-up questions both of immediate concern as well as future potential changes. Again he quickly responded with clear, detailed answers. My interaction with him was very helpful in understanding the details of the process, and he provides additional information on his site regarding the final steps of filling out paperwork including common issues and how to avoid them. I would work with Mr. Pierce again in the future given his quick response, reasonable fees, and willingness to follow-up on customer questions.

I called Mr. Pierce at 5:30 pm on a Tuesday afternoon and got redirected to his voicemail after no one answered. That same evening Mr. Pierce called me back at 7:15 pm ready to assist with what I had informed him of in the voicemail. He was very knowledgeable about the topic at hand and didn't hesi...tate to answer any questions I had. By 3:30 pm the following day my trust was completed. He did not charge me until the trust actually went through which is a very nice gesture. A friend recommended Mr. Pierce to me, and I am glad I went through his as he walked me through the whole process step by step. Again, Mr. Pierce was very helpful, knowledgeable, and fast. Thanks.
