I am a younger person trying to live in a professional world. It is hard being looked down on, treated incompetently, and ignored due to age. However, John far exceeded my wildest expectations. I sent him an email and he quickly (same day) arranged for a call. He walked me through what I needed and p...olitely and eagerly answered any tangential questions I had. He made himself available for any comments or concerns I had with the service and, most shocking of all, charges an extraordinarily fair fee. He went above and beyond in delivering the best possibly service, his job truly seems like his passion.
