I would have been better off defending myself…felt like he didn’t care and that he took my case just for the money which was paid upfront. He didn’t even prepare for the case before court …he seemed clueless and didn’t bring out my info that would have helped out greatly. I will always hold resentmen...t toward David Eddy for being a terrible lawyer and doing nothing to defend me…which was detrimental to my character because he didn’t bring out any facts about the truth!! It was like going into a boxing match without lifting my gloves to defend myself….I was beat down! He clearly did not care!! This was such a huge mistake hiring him!! I wound up having to hire another lawyer later on ..getting full custody because my child was not being taken care of when my ex had him. This was years ago and I still hold great resentment toward David! I do not recommend this lawyer!! Beware!
