Wren M. Williams is the President of Schneider & Williams, P.C. He graduated from Patrick County High School and went on to attend Hampden-Sydney College as a Patrick Henry Scholar. There, Williams was active in student government, president of his fraternity, and received the Cohen Citizenship Award from the Lambda Circle of Omicron Delta Kappa. Williams graduated cum laude from Hampden-Sydney College, earning a BA in English with minors in both Rhetoric and Creative Writing. Following graduation, Williams attended Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law for its outstanding trial advocacy program. During his time at Cumberland, Williams served as the Executive Editor of the American Journal for Trial Advocacy, in which he published several law review articles. In conjunction with obtaining his law degree, Williams completed his Masters in Business Administration at Samford University’s Brock School of Business. After graduating, Williams married his law school sweetheart, the former Miss Britt Schneider and returned home to Patrick County. Together, he and his wife established Schneider & Williams, P.C. in order to serve the communities of Patrick, Henry, and Floyd County. When he is not helping clients with their business ventures, guiding them through their legal endeavors, or appearing on their behalf in court, Williams can be found playing fetch with his chocolate lab, Mousse, or tinkering with a Do-It-Yourself project on his family's farm in Stuart, Virginia.

Excellent Attorney!
Wren is an excellent attorney, very easy to talk to and he does his best to get to the outcome that needs to be. He takes your call either right then or returns it very quickly and answers every question you have respectfuly! My case went very quickly with him as my lawyer dealing with my child. If I was to need him again he would most definitely be the one I hire!

Property Transfer, executed smoothly
Mr Williams prepared a deed, and filed it with the County. The process went without any problems and took a short amount of time.

Speeding ticket
Mr. Williams was tremendously helpful in determining my options of a speeding ticket and displayed professionalism in appearing in court for me. He was able to get my ticket reduced so my insurance premiums would not go up.

Highly Recommend
Wren represented me for a speeding ticket I received in November of 2016 in Patrick County. During our initial discussions Wren was very clear, objective, and informative about the potential outcomes of my case, considering my driving record and the circumstances of the ticket. What all was said and done, the outcome was better than I had expected. While I still paid the fine associated with the original charge - 71 mph in a 55 mph zone – Wren negotiated the charge itself, with respect to its impact on my driving record and insurance, to 64 mph in a 55 mph zone. Throughout the entire process, Wren was professional, polite, and a pleasure to work with. I’d highly recommend him to anybody finding themselves in situation similar to my own.

Contract Review
Mr. Williams reviewed a form contract. He was very thorough in his research on the validity of the document. He explained carefully the terms of the contract in order for me to be aware of the rights and responsibilities imposed by the agreement. Mr. Williams was very professional and I highly recommend him for any legal work.

Corporation Work
Wren did an excellent job of explaining our options on setting up a corporation, in fact based on his recommendations we actively set up two corporations to better protect our assets. Based on the excellent service that we received, we have recommended him to our peers and have secured him to handled our yearly corporate needs.
