Competent, but team's customer service is lacking

Replied last June 21, 2022I apologize for your difficulty in scheduling a follow-up meeting. We do try and have clients back in for signing their documents as quickly as possible, but how far out on the calendar will depend on caseload and other factors. If the situation is an emergency, we do our best to be flexible. Also, I find that scheduling over the phone is more efficient as it allows us to find an appointment date and time that fits both the office calendar and the client's schedule. With estate planning documents, it is necessary to ensure that the required number of witnesses and a notary public is available.
