My sister, my father and I met with Emily to discuss drawing up a will, and both medical and power of attorney documents. She was extremely helpful in helping us navigate delicate family situations regarding these papers. She gave sound advice on how to be both respectful and diligent in the wording ...and completion of the paperwork. She made it very clear to my father that the final decisions were his and that she would support whatever he wanted. She helped us accomplish our goal ina very short span of time. In addition, her staff was readily available in willing to go above and beyond to help accommodate us . Very grateful for her Professional attitude, as well as her difference and respect for my father while helping my sister and I accomplish what we needed.

My father passed away several months ago and I needed help claiming his benefits. When I had my first meeting with Ms. Oliver it went well. She was friendly and polite and discussed how things would be handled. She told me " if you have any questions about anything just give me a call and I'll get ba...ck to you. She returned my call one time. She prepared the affidavit but my father's company had many questions after that. I had to handle every single problem and question that arose with this MYSELF even though I was paying her to handle this and I placed numerous calls to her office with questions and she did not return one single phone call. When I took the final paperwork to her office on a Monday I then called my father's company Thursday. She had mailed or faxed nothing. And this was concerning my father's 401K that was almost $20,000. If I had not called his company to verify she had done nothing, then called her office and demand my documents be faxed immediately, I would still be waiting! She did zero follow up! When I or my wife have went to her office to drop off documents her secretary told us "she'll be right with you." She tells her it was us and suddenly she's "busy." And of course: no follow up call. But yet, she's had the time to send me her bill. Twice. If she didn't want our business she should have told us. I wanted to give a local lawyer our business but if I ever need a lawyer again it will not be with Ms. Oliver. How very disappointing.
