If You Need the BEST Attorney This is the Man to Have!!

My family and I have known Mr. Turk for years. We have used him for many different reasons. If you was to need the BEST attorney, especially for a criminal matter. GET THIS MAN !! He can seem blunt but it's just straight up talk, he is also a compassionate man down deep. I can thank him enough for a ...motorcycle wreck he handled where ended up the drunk driver that hit the motorcyclist had no insurance. The motorcyclist had a permanent TBI and Medicaid wanted to take all of his own uninsured motorist claim which didn't begin to touch his hospital bills. Mr. Turk got them to agree to give the motorcyclist a little of the money due to his permanent disability. In the past with other issues he was used for our family has always been very pleased with him.

Very confused

I hired him for a felony case ask him to file a motion to dismiss based on wrong address on search warrant and chain of custody problem with cops because they don't have the evidence against me in their posession. He said he would but didn't. He caused a mistrial because of his confusion during jury... selection he didn't ask about. One of my witnesses so her ex husband ended up on the jury. He was confused about. What my witnesses would testify to in his opening statement. He called me a dumb when I would not take a plea. I would not hire this man again for any reason he wants 10,000 more to do a new trial I told him I didn't have the money because I don't want him messing up again

Poorly represented paid over 10,000

Poor representation! One appearance, he greeted me with what brings you here today, and we had court within the hour! Offered no objections, not prepared, works too well with Commonwealth Attorneys

Will not communicate and waited until the last minute

Waited until the last minute to work on my case and ended up requiring me to do 100 hours of community service rather than his estimate of 10.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
