Rude and Incompetent
Mr. Shaheen was by far the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. He did not return calls, I was rushed off of the phone on the rare occasion I did talk to him, and his "meetings" consisted of a five minute review of my name and offense prior to being rushed out of his office.
