Francis H. “Chip” Casola is an experienced litigator who has handled a wide variety of personal injury matters including car accidents, motorcycle accidents, truck accidents, drunk driver, drowning, defective products, brain injuries, spinal cord injuries and wrongful death cases.
Chip’s more notable cases involve the drowning of a child at a municipal pool, the death of a grandmother and her nine-year-old granddaughter when crushed by a rollback wrecker while stopped for a school bus, a motorcyclist who lost his leg in an accident on a curve, the death of a hobby farmer who was crushed by the bush hog on his tractor, and brain and other serious injuries to the passenger of a horse driven carriage which ran amok.
Chip also has experience handling complicated insurance issues which often accompany serious accidents.
