The only lawyer who cared

I got a speeding ticket driving through VA on a road trip from NY to TN. I called a few firms to ask for advice and Kevin was the only one who returned my call -- on the same day! In addition to his expertise, I found his candor to be incredible: he said that, in my case, given the relatively small i...nfraction it didn't compensate for me to hire his services. Anyone unluckily enough to need a lawyer to fight a traffic ticket will be very happy to have Kevin representing her/him.

Amazing Experience

I contacted Mr Gick for a reckless driving charge I received traveling through VA on my way home from NC. Mr Gick was great from the very beginning. My husband received a ticket in Salem VA and he felt best to retain an attorney to see if the matter could be resolved without any points for him or his employer. Mr. Gick was able to get the charged reduced to a non moving violation with no demerit point violation and a fine. Being from North Caro...lina the only way we were able to find an attorney was to research the internet and were in luck when I found his web site that his firm worked closely with the trucking industry. Thank you - I try hard to give potential clients a straight answer about their chances of getting a break. If I don't think I can help someone, I tell them so they understand they are spending their money on a longshot. But even then, we are sometimes able to get a good outcome. I once got a dismissal for a client who deserved to lose his license for excessive speeding tickets. The trooper forgot to bring his radar unit calibrations to court.
