Phenomenal lawyer - don't hesitate to hire. Definite game changer!

Our daughter was clocked at 97 mph in a 70 mph zone in Botetourt County, VA. Deservedly so, she received a criminal traffic infraction for reckless driving. Given the strict laws in VA for criminal traffic infractions, we were extremely concerned about potential jail time and the impact that a perman...ent criminal record could have on our daughter's future and career opportunities. Desperate, we searched online for the best lawyer near Botetourt County - Mr.Gick's name came up first with raving reviews. We quickly enlisted his services after our first meeting - we were impressed by his professionalism and giving us the message 'straight up' without any false reassurances to get hired. On the court date, Mr.Gick coached us well on what to expect and how my daughter and us can conduct ourselves in the courtroom. He clearly articulated that a non-criminal offense was the likely best case scenario due to the magnitude of excessive speeding with jail time, a possibility. After an extremely well-managed trial case presentation by Mr.Gick that helped the judge: (a) understand the tough punishment my daughter had received by us over an extended timeframe of four months (b) acknowledge her commitment to make amends through the sizable social work she performed and (c) skillfully projecting that this infraction was an anomalous behavior on her part. Judge's final decision was: no criminal record, no jail, no license suspension, and reduced demerit points. We were pleasantly shocked as a family unit - we felt extremely grateful to have him representing our daughter and making her (and ours) nightmare of several months go away. One thing that really deserves mention was his strategic thinking - he was well aware of the other traffic cases going on, assessed the severity of my daughter's case in comparison (hers was the worst violation that day) and positioned for her trial to be held last. We felt that this was a brilliant positioning - she could plead her heart out with the judge to request a one-time reprieve. It worked! Thank you, Mr.Gick!

Awesome lawyer

I hired Mr.Gick to defend me in a traffic violation due to a medical condition. I had a pulmonary embolism which resulted in a car wreck. Mr. Gick was so very professional and knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He will listen to you and not judge you. He has great respect for his clients. He helped m...e every step of the way in preparing for my defense. Always willing to listen to my every need and was quick to return my calls and emails the same day. The only lawyer who cared

I got a speeding ticket driving through VA on a road trip from NY to TN. I called a few firms to ask for advice and Kevin was the only one who returned my call -- on the same day! In addition to his expertise, I found his candor to be incredible: he said that, in my case, given the relatively small i...nfraction it didn't compensate for me to hire his services.
