I was in a 5 year legal night mare. We were in a revolving door of one complaint going away and another would take its place. This had gone on for so long I had banks and other agencies coming down on me. Action had to be taken. Josh was recommended to me through one of the attorneys that was working... on the case and the new issues that had risen was out of his arena. Josh met with me and quickly did his assessment and brought himself up to speed with all that had happened over the past 5 years. He immediately began to draw up resolutions to settled the matter I hired him on and the issues that caused the issue in the first place. The third and fourth order effects of his work laid the foundation to end all the other issues from the past 5 years. His aggressiveness, communication and negotiating with the other parties was instrumental in bringing everything to a close in a matter of months. Hind sight, I believe if I had gone to him in the beginning a lot of things would have played out differently to my favor. I greatly appreciated his directness and professionalism. I pray I never have to deal with such horrible circumstances again, but should something else arise in this day of lawsuits he will be the first person I call. I highly recommend Josh, except to the bad people that bring this sort of stuff on!
