I had a consultation with Mr. Hart and he won me over with a good sales pitch. Hired him and haven't seen him since. He has his paralegal and jr. lawyer handle everything. If you have an important question (important to you, obviously not them) you may get an answer in a few days...if ever. When you... call you never get a real person. Always a recording. They like it this way so they can get back to you at THEIR leisure. They even have a sign in the waiting room NO WALK INS. APPOINTMENT ONLY! Well, what other choice do they leave you with when they don't return your call or emails? Your life is not important to them. You're just another case number. Everyone's case is different but you are treated like all cases are they same. If I had to do it over I would have hired another firm.
