She is bar none the worst lawyer ever! She is lazy, you eind uo doing the paperwork fior her, I hired her for my divorce and it took me a year to get her to do that by then I couldn't afford anyone else. Then when you call her ,or ho by the office to find out if she has done what you told her to... do she just shrugs her shoulders at you. It took from 2014 to 2018 before we were done! Then she left just prior to that.I had to get her law firm to finish the final papers. I had complained to her firm on several occasions to no avail.I am still paying her fess she ran them up do high. I also had to get a new lawyer to complete a court order as I was fed up with her firm I tried filling a complaint with the BAR ASSOCIATION but of course you know how that went down. O see in her online history she moves from one firm to another I just can't imagine why. If she is ever recommended to you or you consider hiring her for any reason but especially your divorce that will be your second biggest.regret! RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN FTOM SUSAN ANDREWS!

I hired this lawyer in June of 2015 for my divorce, it became a total nightmare for me. By the time I was into her for thousands of dollars and a long time I was not in a position to get someone else because I could not afford it. I asked her many times to have assets frozen because my husband was d...epleting the IRA at a very rapid pace she would not do this, I also asked her why she was giving him so much time on discovery this went on for months and months. Long story short by the end of all this I am now destitute and I am even having a difficult time getting the QDRO done. She never filed it but rest assured she billed for it. This woman was in the law firm Cravens and Noll at the Colonial Heights VA office. I contacted their office on two occasions in reference To Ms. Andrews, the last time was at the very end where I demanded she do the job I hired her for. After that, in April 2017 she told me she was leaving in June. In fact, she left sooner than that. The money she billed was outrageous, she was slow and I had to do quite a bit of getting paperwork myself. I have emails to back me up on this.
