Nathaniel Atwell Scaggs

Nate Scaggs represented me in a criminal case as a public defender. He proved all of the negative stigmas that I have heard relating to public defenders to be false. He was easy to reach, by appointment or email. Mr. Scaggs took the time to answer any questions I had and explain anything to me if I was confused. I trust his judgement and highly recommend him for anyone who finds themselves in need of legal counsel. He never assumed my guilt and never pushed me to accept a plea deal.
