Career Destruction - The Positive Viewpoint

My search of the vsb.org website turned up ZERO active legal malpractice insurance for this UVA JD. Two lawyers associated with my connection to Bob also had zero LMI registered with the VSB. I found a fourth randomly determined lawyer DID have LMI, just to be sure that my eyes were not deceiving... me. Call me, Bob. Allegations: My 170 Proctored LSAT score (97.8th percentile, June 12, 2006) apparently proves nothing in the job world. Think! The LSAT is King of advanced degree tests, particularly due to its top outlier differentiation. I believe you may have either been "too important to fail" when you coerced my signature on a POA, or have become so currently. Reasoning for such an argument begins with a lack of legal malpractice insurance. In most tort possibilities involving Bob as a defendant, many lawyers would subtly gloss over the realization that they couldn't sue Bob without taking his whole net worth. Have you heard the below bracketed story before? I heard similar in a 2015 California courthouse in Rancho Coucamonga. [[["We can't pursue this DUI. The perpetrator would need to go back home." I stipulate that I can't politely mention the other law broken by the perpetrator before he committed the DUI. To mention that law would break standard court politeness policy in certain jurisdictions. He was an undocumented border crosser who lacked a driver's license.]]] The POA coercion that you pressured on me via gossip church group think that arose from group think resulting gossip-induced actions, reinforced libel committed by Stuart & Branigin on a court document that falsely described a false imprisonment incident at Stuart & Branigin in Lafayette, IN. Life cancellation. See the "False Imprisonment Cases" McCann v. Walmart Stores, Inc Scofield v. Critical Air Medicine, Inc Law of Torts, Cases and Materials (Fifth Ed.) Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education

  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
