I hired Michelle again (after she previously handled my divorce in 2019) to update my decree when my ex and I agreed upon a new visitation schedule. She was very meticulous and methodical explaining that it was prudent to state in the modification that we were not modifying child support, so that I c...ould get my agreed visitation order signed without being held captive to trading part of the child support increase I was eligible for. After that order was signed by the Court, I was able to come back and request the proper amount of child support, which is a huge increase, without having to bargain away the visitation schedule we agreed to.
