Biography
Joseph J. Stellute, a native of Hampton, Virginia, received a Bachelor of Arts from the College of William and Mary in 1968 and then a Juris Doctor from the University of Memphis in 1972. He was admitted to the Virginia State Bar in 1973.
From 1973 to 1975, Mr. Stellute served as Assistant City Attorney in Hampton, Virginia. In 1975, he entered into private practice as a personal injury and criminal defense attorney. Mr. Stellute served as President of the Hampton Bar Association in 1996.
Mr. Stellute represents clients in a wide variety of cases such as auto accidents, death claims, seamen's claims, medical malpractice, slip and fall, driving while intoxicated, and other criminal law and traffic offenses.
He continues to service clients throughout the Hampton Roads Area to ensure each client receives just compensation and representation in personal injury, criminal matters, and traffic offenses.
