After the initial consultation, he may have spent 10 minutes preparing for my case. Which was done in the courthouse staircase prior to my plea hearing. Afterwards he claimed to have negotiated a really good deal if I plead guilty. So I plea bargained and plead guilty and paid the maximum fine and did 6 months in jail with 5 years suspended. The pre-sentencing report the judge received only recommended 90 days in jail and 1 year probation with allot lower fine. So he got someone a really good deal, it just wasn't me.
