David Scott Dildy

Mr Dildy was retained for my son who was charged with a misdeamor of possession of paraphernalia . A simple charge with no other criminal history or contact. My son was a passenger in the car and not the driver, we had numerous phone calls go unreturned. We spoke to Mr.Dildy for the initial consult a...lmost 2 months prior to the court date and never heard from him again. We went to court not knowing the plan, his strategy for the case or what to expect. For a kid with no previous legal troubles we were left to be anxious and fearful of the unknown. Needless to say we felt we paid for NOTHING. We saw NO defense. The accusing officer was not even in court ,we were not offered the opportunity to fight! My son ended up in a 1st offender program, probation for a year, 24 hours community service and 6 month driver license suspension. WTW???? They threw the book at him , for a misdemeanor served to 3.5 g.p.a.university student. Not to mention he is in Virginia as an out of state student and now needs permission to travel HOME. Talk about ZERO DEFENSE. I am sorry but I would not recommend this attorney to represent my worst enemy.

I was a client of Mr, Dildy and I was very dissapointed in his representation of my family member. After I had paid him, he did not return phone calls for this case. I did not hear from him again until the court date. Mr Dildy had no defense for my family member whatsoever. We did not stand a c...hance in court, there was no argument for my family member's defense at all. I would not recommend Mr. Dildy to anyone.
