I eventually filed a complaint with his firm and got a small refund of about $2,000, but that didn’t come close to making up for the tens of thousands of dollars I wasted on his poor representation. It was only with the help of another law firm that I finally won my case. If you’re considering hiring David Dildy, I strongly advise you to think twice. He may seem convincing at first, but in my experience, he didn’t deliver on his promises and failed to protect my family when it mattered most. Your case deserves an attorney who will genuinely look out for your best interests.
