Rich has always had a passion for the law and has planned since high school to pursue a career path in the law. He is no stranger to hard work, commitment, and dedication. He is the son of a retired United States army major where he learned the importance of responsibility, diligence, and solid preparation. He is devoted to the needs and concerns of each client, and diligently promotes their interest and wellbeing.

Rich feels privileged to be a member of the Virginia State Bar and is dedicated to providing the highest quality of client services and achieving the best possible results. He is an exemplar of our firm's motto that "Every client is special, and each matter is important".

Rich graduated from Radford University where he excelled in and received his Bachelor of Science in Political Science. Prior to Law School, Rich gained broad and valuable experience working in the Virginia General Assembly as a policy analyst for the Virginia State Crime Commission and as a Committee Clerk for the Senate Courts of Justice Committee.

Rich earned his Juris Doctorate Degree from Regent University School of Law. He emphasized trial skills and gained valuable experience while interning at the Commonwealths’ Attorney’s Office for New Kent County, Virginia.

Rich has extensive trial experience in Hampton Roads courts, including in part Hampton, Newport News, York County, Williamsburg, Virginia Beach, Chesapeake and Norfolk courts.

Of recent note, Rich was named one of the Top 40 under 40 criminal defense and civil plainitff attorneys in Virginia by the National Trial Lawyers, Top 40 under 40 personal injury attorneys by the Association of American Trial Attorneys, and  recognized as one of the 10 best for Client Satisfaction by American Institute of DUI/DWI Attorneys. His contributions have helped Larry King Law to be recognized by Coastal Virginia Magazine as one of the Best law firms in Hampton Roads.
