I can honestly say you can't ask for a better attorney. Kevin Weldon goes above and beyond for you, and doesn't tack on an extra bill. The prices he charges are more than reasonable, the work he puts in is by far better than a top dollar law firm. My case would have cost me well over 5k to 10k with a...ny other law firm I contacted, His prices were far less, under $1500. He is personal with a general concern for your entire family, even while he was on vacation with his family, he still checked in on my family. There was never a time I couldn't reach him for any questions or concerns i've had, if anything he was contacting me well beforehand with any updates on the case, He is always on top of your case. When Mr. Weldon said he was going to pursue or do anything he did exactly what he said he was going to do. He never charged me for advice on my divorce case which was out of state and worked well with my other attorney on the matter. When you think of lawyers you generally think i'm about to be screwed, and told what I want to hear, not what the actual reality is, not the case with Mr. Weldon he is up front honest with you the way it is weather it's good or bad for you. He is a very professional man with an understanding of my military service, having being prior military himself. I have a deep found respect for Mr. Weldon. Without any doubts at all he is by far the best attorney to have. I would recommend him and have to anyone needing an attorney above any high powered law firm in the Newport News and all Hampton Roads area. No better man to have for the job. My case being a Military man fighting for custody of my children doesn't usually turn out well for the Service Member and being a Man but Mr. Weldon has beaten those odds standing up against a top Law Firm in Yorktown Va.

I used another law firm in the area before and you could never get in touch with the Attorney. The para was rude every time I called in to ask questions regarding my case. Mr. Weldon takes time to speak with you as well as call you back. His customer service was excellent. I recommend every one to us...e Mr. Weldon.
