Biography
I began my practice in 1976 after graduating from William & Mary joining my father's firm that was established in 1905. After a few years handling criminal and traffic defense, real estate transaction, I concentrated my practice in litigation. Although my firm represents plaintiffs for the most part, my real estate practice has led to a speciality in defending realtors in claims of professional negligence. Like most firms of the JBW&K size, my partners and I assist personal injury and products liability clients and I have acted as counsel to several manufacturers whose products were alleged to be defective. With years of experience in the banking industry, I represent borrows, developers and lenders in a wide variety of commercial and residential real estate transactions. Please visit our website at .
