Charlie is committed to helping those who have been injured due to others’ negligent actions, fighting insurance companies and other parties for the full and fair compensation his clients need and deserve. Upon graduating from law school and passing the bar exam, Charlie worked for a defense firm in Newport News. During this period, he became aware of the needs of injured persons and the treatment they received by insurance companies. Within two years, he knew that insurance companies were not who he wanted to represent. Charlie opened his own law firm in 1973 and was later joined by his brother, Bradford Huffman, to form Huffman & Huffman where they uphold their dedication to “put their family to work for your family.”
