Honest, Reliable, Experienced

Attorney Garnett assisted me with a Depuy Hip Case. I had never hired a personal injury lawyer before and due to the complicated nature of my case, he came highly recommend. Not only was Attorney Garnett successful, he always returned my calls, explained things to me and guided me along the process... using terms I could understand. His is a no-nonsense kind of guy who stays focused on the goal. He really helped me even after my case came to fruition, continuing to fight for compensation where it was due. I highly recommend him to those who need a serious lawyer to handle serious and complicated cases.

Good Job on Auto Accident

Duncan Garnett was very sympathetic and helpful, persisting in spite of insurance companies foot dragging and was very and surprisingly aggressive in negotiating down the medical bills resultant from my accident. He got the maximum from both insurance companies and got it surprisingly quickly.

Duncan Garnett Fully Achieved Our Objectives

Our case regarding the death of our son was very complex with a lot of obfuscation by the people involved and some very challenging legal issues. However, when we first met with Duncan, we told him that we had two objectives: 1) to establish that our son was not driving the vehicle that night, and 2)... to find out as much as was possible about what actually happened that night. Both objectives were achieved, and it took considerable effort on Duncan's part to get that done. We are glad we engaged Duncan Garnett's services.
