I was trying to refinance my mortgage to get a lower rate, found out no reaffirmation was done. So my 3 years of making timely payments do me no good at this time. I needed to up my credit score and feel that the fact that my payments were not reflected all these years is going to make it more diffic...ult if not impossible. There is no way to contact these people, the office must be left unattended most of the time. He has a bunch of young kids doing the majority of the work, I assume he shows up in court.
