LIMP lawyer

You are better off defending yourself. I have had a poor experience with this lawyer. After speaking with another client, it is clear he has pissed-off people and a Virginia Bar citation for a no-show.

My negative review has been deleted

This man represented me in a criminal case that should have been so easy I could have and should have defended myself. Instead of preparing for my case and doing his due diligence he never came to see me in jail, failed to request discover, refused to question or call witnesses. He refused to subpoen...a evidence that would have exonerated me telling me it wasnt his job. This man failed to meet any reasonable standard of professionalism and as a result of his gross neglsgence I was convicted of four felonies that he knew first hand I did not commit. Do yourself s favor and run from this guy. If he happens to draw your case as a court appointed attorney file a request to dismiss him.

Was it your lawyers fault that you got arrested and convicted in Fairfax too? http://www.fairfaxunderground.com/forum/read/2/1697378.html, http://www.fairfaxtimes.com/article/20141030/NEWS/141039794/1117/fairfax-bestiality-case-sheds-light-on-dark-subject&template=fairfaxTimes Was it your lawyer's fault that you were convicted of Unlawful Wounding? Eventually you will have to take some responsibility for the decisions you make or this cycle will continue.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
