I will remain anonymous since that's how my case was treated. In 2016 I hired this attorney to help defend me in a criminal case where there was a lot of illegal activity on law enforcements side. There was a security camera video with my evidence of my innocence. The video was never obtained. This l...awyer had 30 days to obtain the video, which would have proved my innocence. He did not request it from the business. Since it was my word against an officer and no evidence to back my me I was convicted. So, If this review gets deleted, I will return again to speak up.

I hired Mr. Reagan for an assault and battery case that involved relatives. This case was both a learning experience as well as fragile. Mr. Reagan did not allow me to walk into the matter blindsided. As a woman we see too many men thinking it is ok to hit woman. In this matter the individual hit an ...elder as well. Mr. Reagan understood my concern and told me the steps needed to proceed. Mr. Reagan also informed me when the witness decided to change his story. While I had my heart set on making this person finally getting charged for his ongoing abuse. Mr. Reagan continued to focus on making sure it was shown that I was defending myself. He did not use any "fancy" tactics as the other attorney did, he remained professional. He focused on the matter at hand. He also made the court aware when the truth wasn't being told. This was my first time having a criminal charge against me. This was also my first time filing charges for being assaulted by this individual. Mr. Reagan remained calm throughout the trial. I was thankful the charges against me were dropped. After the cases were dismissed, I thought someone was trying to get my attention. I turned around, to see the abuser smiling and celebrating. Mr. Reagan quickly removed me from the court, to avoid more disappointment. He gave me more advice as we left. I would like to thank Mr. Reagan and his staff. They listened to my concerns and made sure I was ok at all times. I would recommend this office to others.

This man represented me in a criminal case that should have been so easy I could have and should have defended myself. Instead of preparing for my case and doing his due diligence he never came to see me in jail, failed to request discover, refused to question or call witnesses. He refused to subpoen...a evidence that would have exonerated me telling me it wasnt his job. This man failed to meet any reasonable standard of professionalism and as a result of his gross neglsgence I was convicted of four felonies that he knew first hand I did not commit. Do yourself s favor and run from this guy. If he happens to draw your case as a court appointed attorney file a request to dismiss him.

We hired Mr. Reagan for a friend who is like family regarding a contentious custody dispute. Mr. Reagan had handled the case with diligence and professionalism, and educated us in the process. We appreciate the wisdom and patience he has shown when emotions have run high, and we are so pleased wit...h the results. He knows the process, and helped us build the case over the years to position the case to insure the children are safe and healthy, which is what we want most. He understands which details will make a difference and which won't, so that the decision makers get to see the relevant facts regarding care of the children and not be distracted by drama from some of the adults involved. We can't thank him enough for all he has done during these difficult years.
