Jeffrey Adam Swartz

I was recently accused of trespassing and assault & battery, both what I thought to be clear cases that I would easily show the judge I wasn't guilty of. Never being convicted or even accused of crimes in the past, I didn't know what to expect but didn't think I needed an attorney. I was found guilty... of trespassing in district court so I appealed it. Afterwards I was referred to Jeff by a friend and upon meeting him the first time, I knew I needed him on my side. The circuit case was much more difficult with a determined prosecutor but nonetheless, thanks to his exemplary knowledge of case law the judge dismissed that case too.
