Andrew Michael Sacks

In a November Supreme Court ruling , they found Mr. Sacks as "ineffective Counsel", in 3 areas of my case. We hired him in 2009. He started off efficient, ended up DEFICIENT. It was a nightmare. He was quite sidetracked with other matters. Had too many cases. Doesn't win that much anymore. All abo...ut plea deals. Withheld expert information from me and my paying Mom. Information that we paid for. He will never go after the Cops Investigations or Prosecution to establish reasonable doubt. He is so much more. I will not repeat. Mr. Sacks didn't return my calls, never came and seen me in Jail to review my Case, He charges way to much money for petty cases. Andrew was very unprofessional and I would not recommend this attorney to anyone, his father Stanley Sacks is a very good criminal defense attorney but his son Andrew will... just try to get u to plead guilty.
