We hired this attorney for an uncontested divorce case. She was paid in full and never finished the divorce. She ended up having to pass the case off to an attorney that she was previously with but only after we contacted the courts regarding her failure to return any of our calls and sent her a ce...rtified letter giving her a date that we were contacting the bar association if we did not hear from her. The courts in Norfolk let us know that she was failing to contact or finish cases for several of her other clients. Norfolk court ended up assisting us more then she did and ultimately encouraged us to file a formal complaint against her.
