this attorney is never reachable. only after many unreplied phone calls, his assistant finally got back to me but not Leban himself. he also plays very inconvenient and hard to get an appt with. according to his assistants, he spends every day in court, every week which is very hard to believe for ...small law practice like his. my case got delayed because this lawyer had simply forgotten to file it timely. it had taken him over a month to realize that which he had never admitted , of course but the court system online revealed the real filing date. and that kinda treatment i have received after having paid in full and in advance for my whole case without even any negotiation. i also never got any sorta refund from Leban after he had got one from the court for submitting a wrong amount for a processing fee. i found that out through one of my friends who used to work in the courthouse. the whole team here is unprofessional and makes many mistakes and typos in legal papers which you don't really expect to see from supposedly literate people.

They reviewed my thick case files to minute details and asked lot questions. They took very quick steps in filing and sending documents and follow up until BIA reversed it's 8 year old decision and remanded my case for a fresh trial with Immigration judge . Tears rolled from my eyes when I hear the j...udge saying to me on the last day of my trial hearing --- Ms. Helen, you are very lucky, I am granting your permanent residency application, you should thank your attorney. I think they were able to understand the mistakes in my case and they know the rules and laws very good and very good presntations in the court. They commend good reputation with officers and courts.Their fee was reasonable and no hidden costs.
