I just found Atty Hedrick on the internet and I needed someone to represent my traffic violation ticket which is a big deal for me being a CDL A class holder-tractor trailer driver. I really did not know Mr. Hedrick prior to walking into the offices of Dickerson and Smith. I was assigned to Mr. Hedrick. He sat down with me and got the facts about my situation and formulated a plan to get me what was due to me and my wife. Very briefly, a U S Navy Operations Specialist rented m...y property and entered into a four year lease. She painted the home gaudy and truly unpleasant colors (unauthorized) and caused a considerable amount of damage, besides left the property in the middle of the night. Mr. Hedrick fought diligently and continually . My tenant filed for bankruptcy unsuccessfully twice causing an extraordinary amount of work for my attorney. Finally after the third attempt my former tenant, Ms. Dover, successfully was allowed to complete successfully her quest for bankruptcy protection. The bottom line is that he was tenacious like a dog in a fight to obtain for me some satisfaction within the court system. Because my former tenant is protected by the court system, she will not be required to pay the full amount that was originally ordered by the original judge based on her bankruptcy filing......I will receive a check EVERY month for the next 48 months. While because Ms. Dover took advantage of every possible loop hole and benefit offered by the judicial system, she only delayed the end result. There has been occasions where I told co- workers and friends about who was looking out for my best interests and I was certainly impressed with how many people knew of Mr. Hedrick and how lucky I was to have him working for me. While Mr. Hedrick did not always have the time to keep me informed, he was busy working for me behind the scene. It is probably fair to say that I got much more value than what could be expected from other attorney's . I am very glad that Chris Hedrick fought for me and my wife and provided us with a very positive outcome. He very obviously cares deep down about me and my family and ensured that I had a complete overview of the process and the result. He even gave me nearly 40 minutes of his time to wrap up the case with a review. Again, if I ever need legal assistance or know of anyone who does, I will recommend Mr. Hedrick.
