Roger A. Whitus

Roger has been a true gift for our us this holiday season. He had our loved one for a case in early December. He kept us up to date on everything that was going on and made sure to make time for us when we had questions. After that case was finalized, there was an unexpected case that popped up and n...eeded to be resolved. When issues arose with that case, we reached out to Roger in desperation. Despite not being assigned to our loved one for this particular case, he quickly called us back to find out what was going on. He then sought out answers by talking to the prosecutors and judge and got the case dismissed. The fact that he went out of his way to help our loved one was truly amazing and we could not be more thankful for him... You’d think we hired a private attorney. It is evident that he truly cares about his clients and his job. Anybody would be lucky to have him as a public defender!!

My son is in the middle of a bad time in his life and faced some extremely serious criminal charges.
