We hired Sarah’s firm for an immigration case based on referral from our past lawyers. The first time we met Sarah, it was a cordial meeting although she received late with respect to the appointment time. Afterward, she delivered on the service we hired her late and concluded that she procrastinated... with our case as she seemed to have started working on it late given the late follow up questions. Additionally, she answered email and correspondances at her convenience giving us the impression that she cared less about our case. She also never returned our phone calls our voicemails or if she did it was done late perhaps purposefully.
