Brandon Kyle Fellers

Brandon fell in love with the Hampton Roads area after lifeguarding at the Virginia Beach oceanfront for several summers while attending VMI. He would later return to the area to continue his legal career as a state prosecutor for the city of Chesapeake to sharpen his criminal trial experience, knowledge, and skills. Brandon spent over 10 years in the Chesapeake Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office, where he earned a reputation as a meticulous and hardworking prosecutor. Brandon has prosecuted thousands of cases ranging from traffic offenses to 1st-degree murder charges and has extensive jury experience. While at the Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office, he mentored his fellow prosecutors on litigation tactics and strategy. Brandon specialized in white-collar fraud and financial crimes as well as complex DUI and DUI toxicology cases.

Now, as a defense attorney, Brandon brings the full weight and measure of his extensive experience to bear upon Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office. He zealously protects the rights of his clients by holding authorities accountable while also ensuring the best possible outcome for our clients. Brandon defends his clients with the same steadfast determination that made him a formidable prosecutor.

Currently, Brandon lives in Virginia Beach with his wife and son. On the weekends, they can be found at the beach with their Goldendoodle, Madison.
