When we first walked into the offices of the firm for which Ms. Antle is an attorney, we thought we were two weeks away from closing the doors to our company. Debt was beyond overdue, we couldn't make the required minimum payments to vendors, and our financial institution had recently called our not...es. Hope for a successful future in our family business was gone with no apparent alternatives in sight. After a several hour consultation with Ms. Antle and her colleague, our thoughts changed dramatically. We began to see options rather than demands. Our vendors were suddenly willing to work with us. Many of our most crucial vendors began to set up plans that were agreed upon at mutually advantageous rates. Finally, a thorough and well orchestrated plan was constructed as to how we would navigate through a Chapter XI reorganization. After almost two years of working together, our plan for reorganization was approved. The year that we were in a protected status was the most profitable we have had to date. We are taking in new orders from companies that we have never worked with before and are able to fund jobs with the creative ideas shared with us by their firm. This is all due to the assistance, hard work, and dedication that Ms. Antle and Joseph Liberatore put forth to ensure a successful outcome to our case. Countless hours were spent in negotiations prior to filing as well as during the reorg status. They worked out interest rates that were far lower than anything we could have accomplished as well as developed terms that would allow us to continue our success post bankruptcy. In addition to working with the creditors, vendors and financial institutions, Ms. Antle did a fabulous job managing us. Many deadlines exist in these types of cases and she was always there to help us meet those time constraints. She helped us through the litany of paperwork, filings, and related activities. To summarize, the work that Ms. Antle did for us was and continues to be immeasurable. We couldn't be more pleased and would highly recommend Ms. Antle and her firm to anyone in need of this type of legal work. As I wrote this review, an event, though seemingly small, was absolutely gigantic into the mindset we took through this long and arduous process. Our initial meeting took place on a Thursday afternoon. That Friday, Ms. Antle and Mr. Liberatore took time out of their schedule to call me on my cell phone long after business hours to see how I was holding up. Their compassion and caring for us as people, not clients or customers, was something that I took through the past two years. You would be hard pressed in this day and age to find that level of service anywhere else. For that, I am extremely grateful and am highly encouraged about the future of our thriving company that was once almost dead. Thank you, Ms. Antle!!!
