Had a consultation with another attorney at Oast & Taylor and they said Mr. Brickhouse would be the best attorney to handle case. I wanted to retain Mr Brickhouse and after not hearing anything for two weeks I called and Mr. Brickhouse's receptionist said he hadn't reviewed the case yet but would be in touch. I left a message and no return call. Another week goes by with no contact and when I called I was told the Mr. Brickhouse wanted to have a call with me after the weekend; set up time and confirmed my phone number. After not getting a call at the appointed time I called and was told Mr. Brickhouse would not be representing my case and wouldn't discuss with me as there was a conflict. I questioned the receptionist as to why I was not informed and was given no answer. Delaying this case has cost thousands of dollars outside of legal fees and I continue to be puzzled at this attorney's unethical methods.
