He Only called when he wanted MONEY!! He did not know anything about my case and even though I paid him $6,000 USD He never talked to BofA personally and in the beginning he said he would go to court for that amount in the end he recommended that I pay another $6,000 for Court Costs. He told me to t...urn down the Cash for Keys $10,000 because he could get me a better deal !!! That didn't happen!!He didn't Know BofA sold the House in Foreclosure until I told him!? And Then he cried on the phone and I only got $500 from the new owner and he refused to repay the $6,000!! He lied about the work and the size of my File!! I knew when I visited his office in VA Beach off Newtown Rd ( I went upstairs and saw tables and Folding Chairs) he was a scam artist!!! In the beginning he told me it was a 90% chance of saving the house.He then blamed ME because He didn't call me or BofA didn't know who he was despite me telling them to call my Attorney!! I have never been ripped off by a Lawyer before!! If you hire him pay him when he is DONE!!

Mr. Thompson took what looked like a lost cause and turned it into a mortgage modification. He listened to us and went to work. I have to share my experience working with Heath Thompson and his team of professionals as it relates to my home modification plan! I entered his establishment in May 2016 four payments behind. Mr. Thompson listened to my story and processed how he dominates this area as a foreclosure attorney an...d professional, etc. As he gave me various examples of strategies he used in the past to assist individuals in my situation or worse...I decided to trust him to work on my behalf. I figured the only thing I had to lose was my house. You can conclude, I did not want to do that without a fight because he mortgage company kept giving me the run around and is why I sought out his services. He went forward with submitting my modification application to the mortgage company in May. I returned to his office in July 2016 to sign my Temporary Payment Plan documents. On September 23, 2016, I signed my final modification packet. Heath Thompson is a BEAST y'all! My monthly mortgage payment was a little more than $1,000 a month. However, after I began working with him, my payment dropped by almost $500! He suspended monies and dropped my interest rate from 6.25% to half of that!
