They took the time to be sure I understood everything that was happening and that I needed to do to get the modification done. They went above and be...yond! I highly recommend Heath and his team.

This unprofessional attorney told me he would take my case and then later down the road I am told that another attorney was working on my case. Horrible communication! I would email him plenty of times to no response ever back. Weeks would go by and I was never updated on my case. Then one day I reac...h out to his assistance where she tells me that the attorney working on my case is no longer there and for me to find a new attorney. Entire staff is a total joke. I do not recommend this unprofessional establishment at all. A total waste of time!

He Only called when he wanted MONEY!! He did not know anything about my case and even though I paid him $6,000 USD He never talked to BofA personally and in the beginning he said he would go to court for that amount in the end he recommended that I pay another $6,000 for Court Costs. He told me to t...urn down the Cash for Keys $10,000 because he could get me a better deal !!! That didn't happen!!He didn't Know BofA sold the House in Foreclosure until I told him!? And Then he cried on the phone and I only got $500 from the new owner and he refused to repay the $6,000!! He lied about the work and the size of my File!! I knew when I visited his office in VA Beach off Newtown Rd ( I went upstairs and saw tables and Folding Chairs) he was a scam artist!!! In the beginning he told me it was a 90% chance of saving the house.He then blamed ME because He didn't call me or BofA didn't know who he was despite me telling them to call my Attorney!! I have never been ripped off by a Lawyer before!! If you hire him pay him when he is DONE!!

We were unsuccessful several times in our attempts to secure a loan modification, I had become very disillusioned about a positive outcome. During a final act of desperation, I contacted Mr. Thompson. He was professional, empathetic and most importantly, did not make promises that he wasn't able to... fulfill. The staff was professional, most notably Ashley. She kept us informed, was always pleasant, and never condescending The staff was responsive, timely and accurate in handling our case. It was a difficult case with a lot of different moving parts including bankruptcy and 3 different changes in loan servicers. I wish I had contacted Mr. Thompson much earlier. After almost immovable resistance from the servicers, the Mr. Thompson was able to secure a modification that included a lower interest rate. Without hesitation, I highly recommend his services. It was truly a game changer that restored our quality of life.
