I am the citizen of the United States and my husband is the Green Card holder but the citizen of Belarus. We got into a very difficult cituation when my husband's green card was stolen in Europe and I had no idea what should we do to get him back home. I was very frastrated and did not have an idea w...hat to do - I was alone in the USA with one year old child.
