Biography
I have been practicing in the Hampton Roads area for my entire career. Originally, I was a prosecutor, but transitioned to private practice and now I represent a variety of clients finding themselves involved in the legal system. In crimimal court, I defend people charged with everything from DUIs to complex white collar federal cases. On the civil side of the court, I represent individuals and companies in disputes in an effort to resolutions through pretrial negotiations or, if needed, in court. I also have a substantial family law practice and can assist you in all manner of domestic issues: divorce (civilian and military), custody/visitation, support, protective orders and premarital agreements.
