Jill Roseland Costen

I hired Jill to handle my divorce and custody case. That was over one year ago and she has done nothing to help my case. In fact, she has done quite the opposite by putting me in such a difficult financial position by racking up unnecessary fees despite my efforts to mitigate costs and seek resolutio...n with my husband. If it doesn't make her money, she isn't going to do it. I would NOT recommend her services at all. She never operates with a sense of urgency, doesn't attempt to control costs, moves at whatever pace is convenient for her and is difficult to get any direct answers from. Aside from that, she has very unprofessional debt collection tactics.

I was originally using one of Jill's partners until my divorce became to complicated for him to handle. After switching to Ms Harris it was immediately obvious I had made the right move. She guided me through each issue involving my divorce, custody, and support. She was able to convince the opposing... attorney and thus my ex to resolve matters through a settlement conference verses an ugly and costly trial. I found her rates to be fare and her counsel to be exceptional.

. Regretfully, Jill Harris Costen was my lawyer for 2 and a half years and could not finalize my divorce. The divorce was Not even a difficult divorce: no assets, children, or property. She will turn the file, bill you a fortune for nothing in return. Fired her and hired a new attorney and was divorc...ed in 3 weeks. She is exactly what gives lawyers a bad name. STAY AWAY!!!

Jill was my attorney for my divorce and custody case. While my ex’s attorney seemed to try and drag things out , Jill was eager to settle my case so I could move on with my life. Now that I am divorced and on somewhat good terms with my ex, I realized my ex paid her attorney more than double the fees... I paid . Jill was not only very knowledgeable in all aspects of the law, she was compassionate and caring . I have recommended Jill to several of my friends and business associates.
